 Fixed:

The filter above directly above the listing has now been removed. All filters are now in the blue filter bar next to the free text search.  All filters have been multi-select enabled and much more versatile than before. The former filter shortcut Mine excl. Done is achieved by setting the Agent to Unassigned and , then setting the Status to New and Active. See pic below. 

Known issues

 The checkbox selector is slightly sluggish. Upon clicking a checkbox (checking it), response times up to 3 seconds were observed before any response to the user.
